Muslim Elders Holds
9th Meeting in Abu Dhabi
The ninth meeting of the Muslim Council
of Elders held on Tuesday 13th of December in Abu Dhabi. The
chairman of the occasion was the Imam of Al Azhar and the President of the
Council Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb. Among the topics discussed were; the appalling
condition of civilians in Alepo, mechanisms for combating terrorism and
extremism and the state of Muslims in Burma. They also offered condolences to
the victims of the church bomb attack in Egypt.
